P.Diffy Grilled Chicken
4 chicken breasts
5 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
A light sprinkling of salt (too much can make chicken get dried out)
A few generous cranks on your black pepper shaker
Smother them in the marinade. Toss chicken to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate for 20 min while you get the grill going.
Fire up the grill and lay the marinated chicken breasts on the rack. Cook for 30 min with the lid closed, or until just cooked through, flipping them after the first 15 min.
