Giveaway!

Hi y'all!

I'm really excited to announce a new giveaway on here for the following cookbook:

I just recently bought this cookbook, and while I haven't yet tried too many of the recipes, the ones that I have tried are excellent. It makes baking healthy bread not only easy, but quick too! There is a master dough recipe that, once made, can be stored in your fridge for up to two weeks so all you have to do to make fresh, whole grain, bread during the week is grab a hunk of it, fold in a few ingredients, let it rise and bake away. The prep work seriously takes 5 minutes or less in most instances. This cookbook has a variety of recipes that feature whole grains, breakfast breads, desserts, and gluten-free choices. I'm loving it!

Some of the recipes included are:

Whole Grain Cinnamon Raisin Bagels (I just made these last night but used craisins in place of the raisins - yum!)
Chocolate Espresso Whole Wheat Cupcakes  (Hello!)
Whole Grain Pizza with Roasted Red Peppers and Fontina
Turkish-Style Pita Bread with Black Sesame Seeds
Cherry Tomato Baguette
Gluten-Free Rosemary Parmesan Bread Sticks
Spicy Chile Whole Grain Snack Crackers
Quinoa Bread
Honey Caramel Sticky Nut Buns

Anyhow, I've been given 1 copy of the cookbook to give away to y'all. Here's the details:

  1. My favorite ingredient in breads would be craisins (after the sugar and flour of course). Not butter--but I guess you knew that :)

In other foods I'm pretty lost without cumin.
