Menu Plan (March 28-April 3)

So figuring out this week's menu was a little tricky. We celebrate Passover, which starts Monday night, so for a week we won't be eating anything that has yeast, baking powder or baking soda - making lunch time a little tricky.

Breakfasts: Cereal, Eggs, Sausages, Oatmeal/Cream of Wheat

Lunches: Fried Chicken (picnic), Taco Salad, Leftovers, tuna salad on matzah, lasagne, matzah pizza

Dinners:

Sunday - Gyro Burger Pitas with grilled veggies

Monday - Chicken in a wine-infused fig sauce, broccoli and rice

Tuesday - Salmon Cakes with Tomato and Cucumber salad

Wednesday - Beef tacos and corn

Thursday - Hoisin Sauced Short Ribs with Vegetable Lo Mein

Friday - Orange Teriyaki Chicken, baked potatoes and vegetable

Saturday - Lamb chops, charoset, matzah and spinach salad

  1. I'd really love to try the Gyro Burger Pitas. My husband and I visited Greece a few years back and the Gyros were one of our favorite meals while we were there. Thanks for the recipe!!
