Mini Blueberry Cheesecakes with a Gingersnap Crust

My video skills are slowly improving. Here's my third installment to the Real Women of Phildelphia contest.

Note To Self: Since the camera adds 10 lbs, never ever never lean against the counter and film from the side. It will not only make your butt look twice as big as it really is (I hope!) but also make you look like you've eaten one too many of the mini cheesecakes.

Oh dear.

  2. I can personally attest to the yumminess that are these cheesecakes. Note to Chef: I DID eat too many of the mini-cheesecakes. Not sure whether to curse you or hug you ...
