I haven't posted a menu plan on here for a few weeks. Last week I didn't even scratch out a little rough idea for dinners and ended up paying for it by having to visit the grocery store three different times. Not fun.
Anyhow, we're moving to our new house (first time home buyers!) this week and I know that if I want us to eat healthy foods at home, instead of grabbing fast food or take out, a menu plan is needed!
I'm going to grill almost every night so that I can pack up my kitchen. And grilling is a fantastic way to keep things healthy (no oil or butter needed to cook in!) while also keeping your home cool during the summer.
Monday - Grilled Pizza*
Tuesday - P.F. Changs (testing their new frozen entree's for two)
Wednesday - Grilled Corn and Steak Salad*
Thursday - Chicken Wings, Broccoli, and Roasted Potatoes.
Friday - Cajun Rubbed Burgers with Caramelized Onions.*
Saturday - Uh....um....not sure. :)
Sunday - Chicken Paninis*
Bread Baking Day
I'm going to go a little crazy today and make a ton of homemade baked goods.
Overnight Whole Wheat Bread*
Garlic & Herb Hamburger Buns*
Whole Wheat Raisin Cinnamon Bagels
