Menu Plan: July 11 - 17th

I'm on a big Asian food kick lately. It started last week and is carrying over slightly into this week.

Sunday - Chicken Curry, brown rice, steamed veggies.*

Monday - Corned Beef, mashed potatoes, and carrots. My husband is going to fall in love with me all over again for this one. It's at the top of his list of favorite meals.

Tuesday - Pineapple Chicken. This is an experiment inspired by my favorite dish at a Chinese restaurant that could either go really well...or really bad.

Wednesday - Hamburgers with some sort of healthy side.

Thursday - Grilled pizza with salad

Friday - Probably fast food as we'll be heading up to my in-laws for the weekend.

Saturday - Whatever my mother-in-law wants help with making. :)


  1. Sounds like a great menu, I should try and do one today too, I've started thinking about how to use up all the 'extras' in my pantry and cut down on my grocery bill after reading The Grocery Shrink post on the Nester's blog!
