Peach Glazed Chicken

So our grocery store has had peaches on sale this past week; causing me to get inspired to cook with them. And for some reason, peach glazed chicken sounded like it would be yummy.

It was!

Take 2-4 chicken breasts, drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. And a slight dusting of ground red/cayenne pepper. Just slight though.

Now, fire up your grill and cook the chicken breasts for 8-12 minutes per side or until cooked through

Slice up two peaches.

Throw 'em in in a sauce pan along with 2 tbsp. butter.

Cook peaches over medium-low heat until peaches have softened and created their very own peach-butter glaze.

Pour peaches and glaze over the grilled chicken.

In a saucepan, combine butter and peaches. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until peaches are tender. Pour peaches over cooked chicken.

  1. I went and stocked up on peaches ... maybe we'll have these tonight (if the weather gets grilly that is).

  2. This looks really really good and peaches are on sale this week!

If it every gets cool enough to grill again! I just can't do it if it's over 100!

I love feedback from y'all and try my best to respond to as many questions as possible.
