Menu Plan: August 15 - 21
Ah, my last week of freedom before my classes begin again. Summer went by wayyy too fast. But it's been fantastic. I loved every minute. And will love every minute of my Elementary Education classes. :)

Monday - Chinese...or spaghetti. It's going to be a busy busy day.
Tuesday - Out
Wednesday - Lemon and Herbs de Provence Chicken with toasted focaccia bread and asparagus
Thursday - Couscous, steamed broccoli and Lamb Kebabs from Aarti. I loved loved loved her on The Next Food Network star and can't wait to see her new show next week. Anyone with me? :)
Friday - Fish Tacos. I made a ridiculous amount of these while in Tennessee - easy dinner for 18 people!
Saturday - Rilda's Kicken Corn Chowder and salad. Thanks Reagan for sharing this recipe with me! It's serious comfort food.
