Menu Plan: September 5 - 11th

I haven't posted any menu plans for the last two weeks because, with school starting, life has been crazy and then it would be Wednesday before I could get organized enough to sit down a write one. I'm bound and determined this week will be different.


Sunday:        Breakfast - Eggs and muffins
                     Lunch - Hot dogs. Lillian talked me into this one b/c, "We haven't had hot dogs in forever and ever, Mom!"
                     Dinner - Salmon with Pasta Primavera (using up some Farmer's market veggies!)

Monday:      Lunch - In Denver!
                     Dinner - Pineapple Chicken* and steamed green beans

Tuesday:      Lunch - Sandwiches to take to work and school
                     Dinner - Fajitas

Wednesday: Lunch - Leftovers
                      Dinner - BBQ Beef Brisket* with whole wheat garlic bread and steamed veggies.

Thursday:     Lunch - out (I'm at school)
                      Dinner - Asian Marinated Skirt Steak with Rice Noodles

Friday:          Lunch - Sandwiches
                      Dinner - Cornish Hens with Potatoes and salad*

Saturday:      Breakfast - Top Secret Lenhart Family Recipe Cinnamon Rolls
                      Lunch - Picnic Lunch at a Farm!
                      Dinner - Idk. Gotta have a little flexibility! :)

*Indicates a recipe that will be making it's appearance on the blog sometime in the next week or so.
