Aw, Shucks.

So last week I noticed that the Frontier Kitchen Facebook page only needed less than 10 more fans/"likes" to break the 200 mark. And we've officially hit that mark!

You like me, you really really like me.

I'm blushing. And probably look like a clown since my skin is so pasty white. :sigh:

I originally started this blog thinking that it would be an easy way to keep track of my recipes and to share them with any family or friends who wanted them. I'm still not sure how seriously to take my blogging but I love that so many of you are enjoying my recipes and cooking along with me.

I feel like we're all wonderful friends now. I love your feedback via comments and e-mail!

To thank you for sticking with me and trying my recipes, I'm giving away the following:

A Mini Pumpkin Bundt Pan

Miniature things are adorable, aren't they? And since I've been posting so many pumpkin recipes lately with the homemade pumpkin puree, Fresh Pumpkin PieSpiced Pumpkin Cake, and Pumpkin cookies, I thought it would be fun to give you something else pumpkin-themed. The Spiced Pumpkin Cake would be so cute and fun if you baked individual ones with this pan. Right?

  10. I'm embarrassed to say that I've never tried one of your recipes {blush}. I really enjoy reading your site and looking at all your wonderful recipes. However, by the time I arrive home in the evening I tend to just fall back on the same ole standard meals.

I do want to try the roasted red pepper hummus...it has been on my list of "must do" for a while now. Maybe this weekend...

  11. We regularly eat your shredded chicken enchiladas, and love them. I also love using the seasoned meat from them for other recipes.

  12. You have a muffin recipe...I can't even remember what its called, I just have it scratched on a card & stuck in one of my recipe books. But they are muffins that have zucchini & carrots and chocolate chips in them. I bet I've made them a dozen times now ---my kids (& me) love them! :)
