Menu Plan: October 17 - 23
Right about now I'm feeling pretty thrilled with myself. Why? Because I have the menu for the next two weeks all planned out. This is a first for me. Usually I just do it week by week but then sometimes I get busy on the weekend and don't think about it until Tuesday. Oops!
Sunday - Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup
Monday - Garlic steak with feta and pecan salad.
Tuesday - Honey Orange Chicken Teriyaki and steamed peas.
Wednesday -Bruchetta, roasted vegetables and fish.
Thursday - Breakfast for Dinner.
Friday - Grilled chicken and vegetable risotto
Saturday - Pasta e Fagioli
