Menu Plan: October 24 - 30

Here's what we'll be eating this week!

Monday - "Bagels and lox" with roasted asparagus. My brother and his wife served bagels and lox as an appetizer at their wedding reception (prepared by yours truly!). Ever since then my husband and I have had a serious craving for it again so I decided to make it into an entree this week. :)

Tuesday - Pasta e Fagioli

Wednesday - Roast beef, risotto and rosemary garlic sweet potato fries

Thursday - Italian blend pasta with tomato and spinach

Friday - Soup

Saturday - Out to the Colorado Avalanche game!
