If you've been reading my blog for a while, you might remember that I celebrate Passover every year. It's a wonderful reminder of how God freed His people from the oppression of slavery and then later how Jesus sacrificed himself for our sins.
My parents happen to have a ministry where they encourage Christians and Jews to come together in unity as well as provide resources for Christians to be able to embrace Biblical commandments and holidays (such as Passover), while keeping their identity as believers.
I collaborated with them recently to create a menu plan of Passover-friendly recipes, including a grocery list for the whole week. Since our modern diets consist heavily of foods that have leavening in them (the item required to forgo during the week of Passover/Unleavened Bread to remember both the haste in which the Israelites fled as well as the complete absence of sin in Jesus), sometimes it can be really challenging to figure out what in the world you can eat during that time. So! If you're celebrating Passover, or just simply want some non-leavened meal ideas, check out the list by clicking here.
May you have a very blessed Passover this year.
