One of my very favorite food bloggers is David Lebovitz. The guy has skills. If you've never read his blog, you should. Even if you don't like to cook and simply just love to eat (uh, who doesn't?), you're going to find yourself hooked.
Except since he lives in France, I always leave his blog with a strong desire to raid the gourmet cheese section at my grocery store and just live off cheese and fresh baguettes for the rest of my life.
On Saturday I made pizza for dinner. Since I had a bunch of fresh basil on hand I got inspired to try out his Tomato Basil Pizza.
He made that in a regular ol' oven.
My baking-pizza-in-an-oven skills need some serious development.
