My Instagram Life

Happy weekend y'all! I'm really excited about this one because it's going to be filled with tons of family time - I get to see my brother, inlaws and a bunch of my husband's extended family. I love them all and can't wait to let the good times begin.

Here's some of my favorite moments from this past week:

This is my baby. She loves baths. This was the least blurry shot I could get of that little wiggle worm.

I found this great tumblr ( and it made me giggle like crazy. I may have done some strategic sitting once or twice when I was a teenager.

Fresh flowers in my living room. Amen.

My other baby finished swimming lessons yesterday. So proud of her! She had the best teacher who really helped her conquer her fears.

This photo was snapped during their celebratory free-play time in the pool. Lillian is holding her breath...while wearing a life vest. Because she's precious.

I made some earrings for myself. Then I made a pair for my sister. Then I made a slightly different pair for my bestie

Earrings! Earrings for everyone!

Oooh! Lightbulb! (please please read that in a Gru voice) If you want a pair that's similar, but not exactly the same, send me an email ( and I'll randomly select one of you to mail them off to. Or maybe two of you. Depends on how my bead stash is doing. I just like making things for people. :)

As always, I'm linking this post up with Lauren (and all the H54F groupies) over at From my Grey Desk. Because I love her idea of recapping your favorite five things that happened during the week. Such a nice refreshing way to start your weekend.

  1. i love hey christian girl!! hahaha it cracks me up everytime! and those earrings are beautiful!!

  2. Thank you again for my earrings. Being your besties has lots of benefits ---good jewelry doesn't even make the top 10 but it is a nice perk!

  3. AHHH!! I just went to go put on my earrings mentioned in this post and they are gone! My jewelry box is a mess, I'm missing 2 pairs of earrings and I have a broken necklace. Someone better hide my 3 year old! Grrr! Good news: I'm sure they'll turn up somewhere amazing ... like under the bed or in the litter box ...

I love feedback from y'all and try my best to respond to as many questions as possible.
