My Top 10 Favorite Recipes from 2012

I hope y'all had the best time celebrating the holidays with your loved ones. I have been so loving the break from school and having my husband home more than usual!

Since it's the last day of 2012 (let's all say a collective awww!) I thought it would be fun to share my top ten favorite recipes from the whole year. Which actually turned out to be a much harder task than I had planned - it's kind of like trying to pick a favorite child or pair of shoes.

All-Natural Caramel Flavored Coffee Creamer ~ Two ingredients, people! If caramelizing sugar scares you, don't worry - it's really not difficult. Promise.

Avocado and Spinach Enchiladas ~ I get cravings for these. That's all.

Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes with Strawberries ~ The perfect breakfast, in my opinion.

Salmon Hash ~ My husband's idea of the perfect breakfast. I'm actually making this for breakfast tomorrow morning. :)

Ultimate Spinach Artichoke DipI shared this on Facebook last night because we ate it for dinner. I added cooked chicken and served it with whole wheat flatbread and called it good. I love simple dinners!

Cream Cheese Stuffed Pumpkin Muffins ~ I love making huge batches of these and storing them in the freezer. During busy mornings I can just pop on in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and chow down. I make them when my daughter has snack duty in Kindergarten and the kiddos all love them!

Classic French Onion Soup ~ So cozy!

The Best BBQ Chicken I've Ever Had ~ Honest. It's spectacular. And don't think you can't make it because it's not technically grilling season. I've been putting on snow boots and trudging through 10" of snow to get to my grill. Toats worth it. :)

Salted Caramels ~ These have become a new holiday treat tradition in our family.

Roasted Tomato and Zucchini Tortellini ~ this is best when tomatoes are in season and gathered fresh from the farmer's market but you can totally make it for dinner this time of year too.
