I just want to say a HUGE thank you to all of you who helped make my birthday special by finding ways to do an act of kindness for someone else. Every time I got a email or comment about what you guys did it made me completely thrilled.
My act of kindness list was pretty big but I'm happy to say that I was able to do 99% of it - yay! The only things I wasn't able to do was return carts (weird that there wasn't another soul leaving the grocery store at 7:30 am...bad timing on my part) and handing out mylar balloons to kiddos. I simply forgot to do that last one. Oops.
But considering how much I was able to do and do a full day of work and still spend quality time with my family, I'd say the day was a win.
In fact, it was my favorite birthday, ever.
So thank you!!
Oh and my little girl, Lillian, made me the card pictured above. I honestly can't tell you how much I love it. I think kiddo speech and spelling is just about the cutest thing ever and I love that she spells "birthday" exactly how she pronounces it - "birtttday."
You rock so hard that you were able to do all of that! I try to do a random act of kindness every day, even if it's just smiling at someone, or holding open a door, but I've been truly inspired by your birthday list. :D
